Terms of Service

You are welcome to read this site, follow its links and send us a message. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, no bulk scraping, and nothing unlawful.

The descriptions here explain what 11xsales.ai does today, based on the capabilities that actually exist. They are provided for information so you can judge whether the product suits your store.

They are not a warranty and not a promise of a particular result for your business. The product changes over time, and this site is updated to match.

The plans page lists each plan’s price and what it covers. What you pay is what you approve: on Shopify’s own approval screen if your store is on Shopify (the charge appears on your Shopify bill), or at card checkout otherwise. Nothing else on this site creates an offer.

Integrations listed as planned are exactly that: planned, not available. Only what the site describes as available today is available today.

Using the 11xsales.ai product is governed by the terms presented when you use the product, not by this page. Where the two differ about the product, the product’s own terms apply.

How the product handles your store’s and your shoppers’ information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Shopify is a trademark of its owner, and it is named here only to describe an integration. 11xsales.ai is an independent product: it is not endorsed by Shopify and does not claim an approved Shopify App Store listing.

The text, layout, design and the 11xsales.ai name and logo on this site are owned by the operator of this site. You are welcome to quote or link to the site with attribution; please do not pass it off as your own or reuse it commercially without asking.

Questions about these terms, or about anything else on this site, can be sent from the contact form.
