11xAgentBot reads web pages for 11xsales.ai stores, so their AI sales agent can answer shoppers from the store’s own content.
Why it visited your site
A store using 11xsales.ai added your site, a page on it, or its sitemap to the store’s knowledge base. 11xAgentBot visits only those addresses and pages linked from them on the same site, and re-reads them on the schedule the store chose.

Controlling it with robots.txt
When reading a whole site or a sitemap, 11xAgentBot follows your robots.txt: the rules for 11xAgentBot if you name it, otherwise the rules for *. To keep it out entirely:
User-agent: 11xAgentBot Disallow: /
A single page that a store owner adds by hand is read even if robots.txt disallows it, because the owner asked for that exact page. Changes to robots.txt are picked up within an hour.
