How do you set up an AI shopping assistant on Shopify?

Short answer

With 11xsales.ai it takes a few minutes and no code: sign in with Shopify to connect your store, let the agent read your products and policies, then in Shopify go to Online Store, Themes, Customize, App embeds and turn on the 11xsales.ai chat. Test it in the free preview before shoppers see it.

Steps

  • Sign in to 11xsales.ai with Shopify, which connects your store.
  • The agent reads your products, variants, stock, policies and pages.
  • In Shopify, go to Online Store › Themes and click Customize.
  • Open App embeds, turn on the 11xsales.ai chat embed and click Save.
  • Open the preview in the app and ask the questions your shoppers ask. Test chats are free.

Before you go live

  • Add documents or corrections for anything your pages don't say.
  • Set when the agent brings in your team, and how they're reached.
  • Choose the look: colours, name, position, or an Ask AI bar instead of a bubble.
